Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

Rooms were attractive with good access to power and plugs. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Access to food, drinks, recreation was excellent. So much offered on property. Loved sitting by the firepits and listening to live music inside. Great experience. Would've loved to have stayed longer!

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.

The staff, the staff and oh yeah, the staff. Way to make a person feel welcomed and happy. Instantly when i walked in, I was greeted with a wonderful scent. Made it to the front desk and all I see are smiles and eagerness to help. Check in was fast. Pool staff was fun. Loved my stay. I'll see you again.

Location is wonderful, few minutes walk to Main Street in town and the Casino Staff all lovely !!! Nice hotel. The lady that served us at breakfast was so genuinely lovely. The buffet breakfast for $20 is wonderful !!!

Food, facilities were lovely and also kid friendly. Every staff member was so nice, and that was a big plus.
